If it ain't one thing...

Good Morning! Every now and then when I feel like wasting time, I pop on here and add more useless blather that nobody is ever going to read. But hey, wait a minute...Aren't YOU reading this right now? Then perhaps I was not wasting my time after all! (Sorry that it's still useless blather.)

Hiking up Mt. Lafayette

August 27, 2005
Recently, I went hiking in the mountains in New Hampshire with my daughter, Sarah. Although she has done this quite a bit (which was apparent to me by her knowledge and the experience she exhibited while we were involved in the hike), this was actually my first time hiking.
Of course, since photography is my passion, I lugged several cameras along up the mountains with me (I would have left my WATER behind first--I DO have my priorities, you know!)
Since I live just a few hours away from these mountains, I have been there many times throughout my life, so I have plenty of photos of the scenery from that beautiful area. But being on the trails gave me new vantage points from which to capture "fresh" scenes.
Here are just a few of the 60 or so images that I photographed of our adventure from that day.
